Los llamados nativos digitales tambi\u00e9n necesitan formaci\u00f3n para hacer un uso responsable de estas tecnolog\u00edas, ante la dificultad para evaluar los riesgos, presentes y futuros, de hacer un mal uso.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 dice el RGPD sobre los menores?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El RGPD reconoce las dificultades de los menores en cuanto a la protecci\u00f3n de sus datos. Por eso, hace una especial menci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>El consentimiento de un menor s\u00f3lo es v\u00e1lido si tiene 14 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s.<\/strong> En caso contrario, el consentimiento lo deben dar los padres o tutores legales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cualquier informaci\u00f3n destinada a menores se presentar\u00e1 de una manera especialmente clara, para que los menores puedan entender.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Educaci\u00f3n y Control parental<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A pesar de ser nativos digitales, los menores necesitan formaci\u00f3n para hacer un buen uso de la tecnolog\u00eda: tomar conciencia de los riesgos de seguridad y de los riesgos asociados a la publicaci\u00f3n de datos personales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El acoso a trav\u00e9s de internet es particularmente relevante. Es necesario que est\u00e9n informados. Deben saber reaccionar cuando lo sufren o lo observan y, tambi\u00e9n, evitar caer en estas pr\u00e1cticas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las aplicaciones de control parental pueden ayudar a los padres a limitar y controlar el uso de las redes. Ahora bien, esta es una opci\u00f3n a menudo cuestionada que no puede sustituir el acompa\u00f1amiento de la familia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Amenazas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Protegidos por una pantalla, es m\u00e1s probable caer en conductas de riesgo. Es necesario conocer las amenazas que afectan a los menores m\u00e1s directamente:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aproximadamente un 90% de los adolescentes utiliza las redes sociales, las cuales fomentan la compartici\u00f3n de datos personales. Hay que ser muy cuidadoso con qu\u00e9 y con qui\u00e9n se comparte una informaci\u00f3n. Una vez compartida, es muy dif\u00edcil recuperar el control.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El ciberacoso (o cyberbullying) es el acoso que tiene lugar en el entorno virtual.
